Our programs focus on teaching skills for life, founded on years of experience in aquatic education. Being able to swim well is a pathway to enjoying Swimming recreationally and competitively, and is an excellent form of exercise and cross-training.

All lessons are 30 minutes and are taught by instructors who hold nationally recognised qualifications in swim teaching, water safety and CPR.

The Wenona Squad Program offers Development, Competitive, and Fitness squads for Wenona students as well as external primary school–aged swimmers.
Swimmers interested in joining a Wenona Swim Squad are invited to register their interest by emailing swimming@wenona.nsw.edu.au to arrange a trial session.
This session allows our coaches to assess each swimmer and determine the most suitable squad level.
Placement in a squad is subject to availability
Wenona’s aquatic programs support swimmers of all ages and abilities, from learning foundational water skills through to squad training and competitive swimming.
Our programs foster confidence, wellbeing and a lifelong enjoyment of swimming in a supportive community environment.
The Wenona Swim Club (WSC)Â caters for non-competitive through to elite-level swimmers in both able-bodied and multi-class categories, and is active at Swimming NSW and Swimming Australia events. The club is supported by a year-round squad-based program operating on the School premises in a state-of-the-art 25m pool. Wenona has a long and proud history of aquatic programs, and the Wenona Swim Club continues this tradition to support students and the wider community.
