Wenona is registered by State and Federal Government departments to accept Full Fee Paying Overseas Students (CRICOS Provider Code 02275A). The School deals directly with parents and does not deal with agencies or pay referral fees for the recruitment of students. Wenona’s Director of Enrolments, Mrs Belinda Stoneham, is the CRICOS contact for the School. Overseas students may study at Wenona on a student visa.
Overseas students who are enrolling at Wenona in Years 7 to 12 are required to reside in the School’s Boarding House during term time, returning to the care of their families or guardians during non-term time, exeat weekends or illness. Overseas students who are enrolling at Wenona in Kindergarten to Year 6 and, on rare occasions, students enrolling in Years 7 to 12 may be given permission by the Principal to reside with a parent who is living in Sydney full time and has a valid Guardian Visa.
A strong pastoral care team supports our international students. The team includes tutors, qualified ESL teachers, Heads of House, School Counsellors and the Careers Counsellor. Strong support is provided by the Head of Boarding and the boarding community.
