Independent, non-selective and non-denominational, Wenona brings a different approach to girls’ education. We place great value on high achievement and striving for success, but we understand that achievement and excellence are different from girl to girl. We respect our students’ as individuals and we encourage, challenge, extend and nurture each one in a way that allows her to achieve her full potential.
Our holistic, balanced educational program ensures that in addition to their academic tuition, Wenona students gain skills and experiences in extra-curricular areas, including sports, debating, creative arts, community service, teamwork and leadership. We help our girls become responsible, self-directed young women, imbued with a sense of optimism and adventure, a life-long love of learning and a strong desire to contribute to the broader community.
