Year 6 girls travelled to Attunga for camp this week, participating in bivouac preparation to pack a smaller overnight pack to carry to their camp sites, a real life application of what one really needs versus what one wants.
The girls enjoyed Group Problem Solving (GPS) activities and the engagement on their faces as they worked on these fun, active challenges told the story of why offsite camps are such an invaluable experience.
The Junior School leaders conceptualised, ran and hosted a lunchtime BBQ to raise money for World Vision to provide assistance for refugee children.
Staff and students donated a dollar for the annual Jeans for Genes Day fundraiser.
In partnership with SEAM Fund, Junior School are creating storybooks with students from Papua New Guinea.
