Our Principal

Dr Kerrie Wilde, Wenona’s eighth Principal, started at Wenona in 2008. An experienced educator at both secondary and tertiary levels, Dr Wilde holds a genuine concern for girls and is committed to a contemporary and inclusive learning environment; a learning environment where students and staff have high expectations of themselves and others, where courage, perseverance and optimism are seen as key to success and where, in the daily life of school, there is much to enjoy and celebrate.

Dr Wilde is well qualified with a science degree in chemistry, a first class honours degree in education, masters degrees in psychology and business administration and a doctorate in psychology. She has published and presented papers at international conferences in psychophysiology, outdoor education, technology and professional development practices in education.
